A LITTLE MORE ABOUT ME

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY to Caribbean immigrant parents. Generational trauma, rejection and a conservative religious upbringing converged to create a Roe with people-pleasing tendencies and very little confidence.

My path to authentic living began after I accepted 3 truths about my experience:

1. My marriage was way past its expiration date

2. My self-esteem was dependent upon what others thought of me

3. Nothing will change until I change

Using my spiritual intuitive gifts along with two graduate degrees in Theology, and Social Work, I’ve dedicated my efforts to helping others unblock their joy faucet. I offer all my talents to you. I am a skilled life coach, a sacred spiritual warrior and a creative style maven!
